Hi All – the destination for October diving has not been confirmed. Therefore, following last weekends plankton bloom and poor viz, a few divers have expressed interest in revisiting the Menai Straits.
Despite poor viz, those who dived the Menai Straits were presented with a carpet of undersea life! Anemones, crustaceans and fish. Everyone also enjoyed Beaumaris – an unspoilt seaside town with lots of historical interest.
So, if you are interested in diving Menai, then please let me know and I’ll start to put a package together. Alternatively, we can still stick with St Abbs (Loch Fyne will now take place next year).
