At bit of a busy week this week but first a couple of reminders
Ben Walker will be doing his presentation on the techniques of free diving diving this week which will start at 7:30 in the room behind the Rigby bar. It promises to be a fascinating insight into this world and we encourage all who are interested to attend. If anyone who wishes to attend is on the training plan please let me know asap so that I can make the necessary adjustments
On a similar note next week – 2nd June – will see a kit evening & bring and buy sale. This is an evening when we encourage divers with their own kit to bring items to show others so that beginners or other who are considering a purchasing a piece of kit can have chance to see and talk about the piece of equipment to those who have used it. It will be also a chance for those who, are like me, avid kit collectors can sell equipment they no longer use/need. It is some time since we have run an evening like this and they have always proved popular. Again any trainees who would like to attend please let me know so I can adjust the training plan accordingly. More details next week
In other news please join with me in welcoming new member Harry Cottrell who had a try dive with Nigel and now wants to learn to dive.
Now where was I?….Oh yes, the training plan. This week I am in need of a couple of volunteers as casualties. Please let me know if you can help
