HI All
It is a bit of a thin training plan this week I’m afraid, what with holidays, trip meetings and ongoing open water preparation I have been unable to accommodate everyone this week. However rest assured that next week anyone left out will be top priority.
This does mean though that there is a little spare place in the pool for anyone that is suitably qualified to practice, try out new equipment etc. Just let me know if you would like a place.

As always if anyone wants to practice setting up equipment simply pop down to the cage after 8.15 and the guys there will be more than willing to help.
