Hi All
Firstly sorry about the late appearance of this training plan, Murphy’s law stepped in this week and asserted it’s authority. Secondly because of ongoing instructor training we have not being able to accommodate everyone this week, again I can only apologise but all being well we will be up to speed again next week.
That does mean though that there is room in the pool for those who want to practice, test out newly acquired equipment or just simply get wet. Just let me know.
