Firstly please accept my apologies for the very late appearance of this training plan. Unfortunately it needed a major revision at the last minute for a number of reasons. That does mean though that I have to trim down the training a fair bit this week. I can only apologise and say we should be back on track next week.
By now you should have received a mail from Ann that she is starting a Nitrox corse this week please let her know if you would like to attend.
