Hi All
Lots to talk about this week, but first please welcome our two newest members Liliya Crosswhite and Jamie Whitham. Liliya joins us as a trainee whereas Jamie joins us from PADI looking expand his diving horizons and further his diving education.
Let’s start with an exciting new first for Barnsley BSAC. A series of regular presentations covering diving destinations, equipment maintenance, underwater photography and much more. These will be held in the conference room at the back and to the left of the Rigby bar and will start at 7:00pm and last about an hour after which normal training will resume from 8:00pm. Those not training will have the opportunity to socialise.
This week we kick of with a look at the diving in south east Asia which will be presented by our welfare officer Savvy. Savvy has done a lot of diving in this area and is eager to share her experiences with us. So lets give her lots of support and if you can attend at all please do and get this venture off to a flying start.
