Firstly please accept my apologies for the late appearance of the training plan, it’s just been one of those weeks.
Great news! This week we are welcoming not one but two new members Tobyn Hale and Angelina Dyers.
It is a very busy week in the pool but there are a couple of spaces for those who want to practice, just let me know if you want a space. Remember to that there will be no training on the 25th because of an instructors meeting but that does mean there will be plenty of space in the pool.
