Hi All
Yet another week rolls round and our every ready instructors are willing and eager to impart their skills and wisdom to us all. But before we get into the training plan proper a couple of things.
Firstly remember that this Tuesday Barnsley FC are at home playing Sheffield United, KO 7.45. I have absolutely no idea what sort of crowds are expected but it usually causes us some inconvenience so leaving a little extra time to get there is recommended. The same with leaving if we could ensure we are out of the pool on time we can get packed away and leave before the match finishes.
The big highlight of the evening is Ann’s presentation on British Marine life ID, something useful to all of us who dive in British waters. Miss it at your peril!
Sammie is planning another presentation next week this time from Rob Mason on the subject of underwater photography. Look out for details to follow.
There is a Capernwray training trip next Sunday (1st September) so if any qualified divers want to join us as support or just for fun there are a few spaces left. Let me know soonest if you would like a place. Full briefing to follow either tomorrow or Monday.
There are a few places left in the pool, especially for those who are going to Capernwray. Remember you practice your skills in the pool and demonstrate them a Capernwray
Oh, and one other thing….
