I am sorry about the late arrival this weeks training plan, I am blaming a busy weekend at Capernwray and the fact that there is a lot of open water training going on at the moment.
Speaking of which last weekend produced 3 new new ocean divers, please join me in congratulating Martin Higgins, Issac Hale and Seb Thornton on their success. Many thanks also to the instructors Nigel Kaye, David Corbett and Sammie Norton who generously gave up their time to make this possible.
I am afraid it is a bit of a last minute shuffle around this week and a couple disappointments I’m sorry to say but be rest assured next week you will be top of the list for next week.
