Welcome to this weeks training plan and once again I must apologise that I have been unable to accommodate everyone. As always if you are not included this week you will be top priority next week
Before I get on to the training plan proper I would like to remind everyone of the presentation this week by Sir Paul Tarn on the subject of decompression diving. This promises to be a very educational presentation on a technical subject. All are welcome and it will start at 7:00pm prompt in the room behind the Rigby Bar. If any of you are on the training plan and would like to attend please let me know so I can make the necessary adjustments.
