Congratulations to Will Leach who successfully qualified as an Ocean Diver at Eight Acre Lake and Capernwray this weekend. This was no small feat considering the very cold and damp November conditions. William also demonstrated some exceptionally good buoyancy control whilst conducting a safety stop at the side of a shot line (“Look – no hands!“).
Thanks also to club instructor PaulT for giving up his time to support Will’s Open Water assessments this weekend. Another Ocean Diver is born – well done both.
