Firstly please accept my apologies for the late arrival of this week’s training plan, things have been a little manic in the Hook household this week. Any way enough of my moans on with the training plan.
Late holidays and sickness mean we are still a little short of instructors, so to those I have to leave off this week please be assured you are top priority next week
Please note in order to keep things simple on the training plan I don’t include those who want pool space for practice, however if I have agreed your space with you please be assured you are on the list and the cage will be notified
