Sorry for the late appearance of the training plan this week – life got in the way.
Firstly a quick word about this coming weekend at Capernwray – qualified divers are welcome to join us for the training weekend which will be for 2 days Saturday and Sunday 17th & 18th. Just let me know if to wish to join in. A briefing will be out later today for those going.
Secondly a reminder that there will be no training next week instead we have a presentation on decompression diving by Paul Tarn. This promises to be a fascinating insight to next level diving and one not to be missed.
