Well Christmas draws ever nearer and this is the last training plan before Christmas. I hope you all enjoyed the bowling last week it was certainly a happy crowd. There is quite a bit of room in the pool for those wanting it.
The week after Christmas (30th) the pool will be open for all of you who want to try out your new toys – I mean items of essential equipment.
