Hi all,
I am taking over the role of Training Officer on a temporary basis for the next few weeks as Ann forces herself to go diving in Bali, visit Singapore and then travel and maybe dive in Australia. Envious?, not really as we have the gritting lorries to look forward to.
Anyway this is my first attempt at a training plan so be gentle with me.
Fortunately this Tuesday the pool is reserved for fun night so there is no pool training. All are welcome to come and have a go at various under water tasks.
