At the instructor meeting last week it was decided to get our Open Water training schedule in place for next year well in advance so that trainees and instructors could get the dates into their diaries. We have nominated one weekend each month when the club will be at Capernwray (or elsewhere, if more appropriate) for at least one of the days…possibly both. There may be other training trips fitted in between but this will be the main framework. As the dates approach we will invite everyone to put their names down (instructors, trainees and other qualified divers alike) and we will coordinate the day or days closer to the time.
The dates are: 12th/13th May, 23rd/24th June, 14th/15th July (ideal for Farnes shakedown), 11th/12th August, 22nd/23rd September, 20th/21st October.
