Below are the proposed Open water Training Dates for 2024. They will most likely be held at Capernwray on a Saturday or Sunday or where possible 8 acres. All dates are an indication and will depend on Instructor availability and the water temperature for the earlier trips.
Please respond with dates where you would like to attend and we will allocate accordingly. Can you also add additional information such as planned holidays where you are looking to complete training before going?
For those that have not been before I would suggest visiting their website ( https://www.dive-site.co.uk/ ) to get a feel of what to expect. Our club does hire out some of the equipment for these types of trips, however you can hire a full set from Capernwray and depending on the numbers attending this can be the easier option.
We will hold a trip talk the week before the event and this is a mandatory attendance to those going on the trip (trainees mainly) to save time later.
All fully qualified divers also wishing to attend the training day as support to the trainees or just to get wet are also welcome.
