No training plan this week as Alexis, as our club’s Welfare Officer is giving his presentation on ‘Injury Prevention for Divers’…and other medical matters relevant to diving. He will be giving good advice on how to prepare for the start of the diving season… everybody is welcome.
He will start at 7.45pm please try not to be late.
Just a quick reminder to Rob, Sammy, Charles and DC that we are expecting 4 try-divers (all teenagers). Dave and I will sort out the paperwork and bring them down to the poolside to save you having to come up to the room, unless you want to, of course!
