Hi All – this is a quick update for those coming to Capernwray this weekend.
Firstly, please ensure you arrive by 8:30 as it is expected to be busy!
Secondly, please ensure you double check your kit:
– Fins, mask, cylinder (full), BCD, weights, hood, gloves, boots, regs, wet/wetsuit
– Qualification Book, Capernwray Membership card
– Money!
– Lunch, liquids
Here’s what I think is happening:
Saturday
– Kelly – SD training (I’m looking to run SP1, SD2, SD3, SD4)
– Sonny – OD training (OW2+)
– SteveD – support
– Elliot – accruing experience
– Possibly Nick (if sinuses clear)
– RobM – instructing
– TimG – instructing (may include a shadow diver)
Sunday
– Adrian – SD training (I’m looking to run SP1, SD2, SD3, SD4)
– Mandi – SD as above
– Amy – SD as above
– Mike – SD as above
– Alex – mask work and accruing experience
– Sonny – OD training (OW2+)
– SteveD – support
– Possibly PaulB (support) and WillB (OW2+) if they can source a drysuit
– Possibly Nick (if sinuses clear)
– RobM – instructing
– DaveP – instructing
– ??PaulT?? – instructing
– PaulR – dryside instructing
That’s it at the moment, but these plans are fairly loose so that we can accommodate any late changes. If you’re not listed and would like some along the let me know ASAP. Or, if you’re listed and cannot make either date, again please let me know!
Finally, it would be helpful if we can car share between us – I’m currently expecting to take Kelly on Saturday and Nick on Sunday. I can squeeze in another diver both days if required. Let me know if you need a lift, or,if you have spare room!
